1. Product Quality & Standards
We strictly do not sell any used, secondhand clothing, or unsorted mixed lots. Yinmei trade specializes exclusively in brand-new, unworn stocklots.
Our specialized teams ensure our inventory consists entirely of:
Cancelled Shipments: High-quality orders that were never shipped due to logistical or missed deadline issues.
Factory Overstocks: Production surpluses from first-tier manufacturers within our sourcing network.
Whole-Order Surplus: Complete collections in original factory packaging.
Every item we wholesale is in its original, unissued condition, often complete with brand labels, washing tags, and original hanging tags. We do not deal in any pre-owned merchandise under any circumstances.
Clothing stocklots are typically first-quality overstock resulting from season changes, production overruns, or cancelled orders due to missed deadlines. Unlike used clothing, these are brand-new items often complete with original factory tags and packaging.
Quality is our top priority. We implement a Double-Layer Quality Control system. First, we mandate a 100% piece-by-piece inspection at the source level based on our strict criteria to ensure no major defects exist. Second, after a client places an order, our internal team performs a final Random Spot Check before shipping to guarantee the bulk matches the approved standards.
We only market stocklots that have passed our quality filters. We promise a defect rate below 5%. If defects exceeding this threshold are found (over 8%), please notify us within 15 days of receipt for a swift resolution or refund.

The 95% Quality Guarantee: While we strive for perfection through total inspection, we officially guarantee a 95% defect-free rate (less than 5% minor imperfections). This transparent threshold provides a realistic safety net for international buyers.
Secondary Shield (Pre-shipment Spot Check): Once you place an order, our internal team performs a final Random Spot Check. This stage is where we make critical decisions to protect your interests:
Major Flaws Detected: If we find a specific style contains significant quality issues or high-frequency minor flaws, we will proactively cancel that part of your order to ensure you only receive retail-ready goods.
Minor Batch Issues: If a small portion shows minor imperfections, we return the goods for a total re-inspection piece-by-piece.

No. We do not supply brand authorization letters; buyers must verify that importing these branded items does not violate intellectual property laws in their respective countries.

2. Ordering & MOQ

Generally, no. In the stocklot business, the size and color distribution is determined by the original factory surplus.
The Reality of Closeouts: Since most of our inventory consists of factory overstocks and canceled orders, the ratios are often unbalanced. Certain sizes or colors may have higher quantities, while others may be missing entirely.
Fixed Assortment: We sell these items based on their original production breakdown. We cannot re-sort or customize the ratios to match specific requirements.
Our Guarantee: While we cannot guarantee a perfect size curve or specific color ratio, we strictly guarantee the quality of the merchandise. Every item still undergoes our Double-Layer QC protocol to ensure a 95%+ defect-free shipment.

01 | Inquiry & Real-Time Match: Submit an inquiry via our platform, WhatsApp, or email. We will provide a comprehensive offer sheet with pricing, packaging details, and real-time stock status.
02 | Verification & Trust: We highly encourage buyers to verify the fabric and construction. You can do this by requesting physical samples or utilizing our rapid WhatsApp live video tours.
03 | 30% Deposit & Stock Locking: Secure your specific order with a 30% deposit. At this stage, the locked inventory has already passed our mandatory 100% piece-by-piece hand inspection to ensure our defect-free standards.
04 | Final Spot Check & Packing List: Before dispatch, our internal team conducts a final Random Spot Check to ensure the bulk perfectly matches your approved samples. We then issue the strictly verified final packing list for you to settle the remaining 70% balance.
05 | Secure Global Dispatch: Upon balance payment, we coordinate with your designated forwarder (or recommend our own) to dispatch the goods within  7-10 working days via Sea, Air, or Express.
Factory-Direct Inventory (Take-All Basis): When merchandise is located at the primary manufacturing site, a “take-all” purchase is generally required to clear the facility space.
Large-Volume Exceptions: For exceptionally large inventories (e.g., tens of thousands of pieces per style), our specialized teams can often negotiate a partial release based on your specific requirements.
Inventory Within Our Sourcing Network: If the goods are already stationed within our sourcing network’s localized warehouses, we offer significantly more flexibility.
Flexible Splitting: In most cases, we can “split the lot,” allowing you to purchase the specific quantity you need rather than the entire inventory.
We charge a minimum sampling fee (approx. $20) to confirm genuine interest from prospective buyers. This fee is fully refundable once the bulk transaction is successfully completed.
Yes. We believe brand-new clothing is a basic human need. For officially registered NGOs and disaster relief funds, we offer a strict zero-margin sourcing program for specific clearance lots. Please review our CSR Program Guidelines for verification requirements.
3. Shipping & Logistics
We are strategically located in Yiwu, China, the world’s largest small commodity hub, providing us with unparalleled access to logistics and factory resources.
We offer flexible shipping via sea, air, or express (DHL/FedEx). Most clients choose sea freight for its cost-effectiveness, while express is recommended for urgent, small orders.
Yes. As your local Yiwu agency, we can inspect, collect, and consolidate goods from your other Chinese suppliers into a single container to maximize your shipping value.
Shipping time depends on the distance and method chosen. Typically, we dispatch confirmed orders from our warehouse within 7 to 10 working days.
Because all our stocklots undergo rigorous pre-inspection before entering our Yiwu warehouse, we can be highly flexible.
Standard Bulk/Containers: Typically dispatched within 7 to 10 working days to allow for final repacking and export documentation.
Urgent & Smaller Lots: Since the goods are ready and pre-QC’d, we can often expedite dispatch within 1 to 3 days after a final spot-check. Just let our team know your deadline!
4. Payment & Security
We offer flexible and secure payment gateways depending on your order type:
For Bulk Wholesale Orders: Our primary and preferred method is Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) directly to our corporate bank account. This ensures the most secure and cost-effective transaction for large volumes.
For Samples & Small Amounts: For sample allowances or small initial trial fees, we gladly accept PayPal, Western Union, and MoneyGram for your convenience. (Please note: A standard 6% commission fee applies to all PayPal transactions).
Yes, if paying via PayPal, an additional 6% fee is charged to cover the platform’s commission.
Because our stocklots are ready-made and our dispatch time is extremely fast (typically within 7-10 days), our standard payment structure is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipment.
Our standard payment workflow is:
30% Deposit: Required to lock your inventory and initiate our pre-shipment spot check and repacking process.
70% Balance: Settled upon your approval of the final packing list and quality verification, right before global dispatch.
All wholesale prices and offer sheets provided by our specialized teams are based on this standard structure, which is successfully used in 99% of our global transactions.
Exceptions for VIP Partners: For our established, regular clients, we can offer flexible terms such as a 50% deposit with the balance paid against the copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading). These terms are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as our partnership grows.
Samples can be free, but you must pay the shipping cost. We refund sampling fees (usually $20) once a bulk transaction is completed.
Yes. If the bulk goods do not match the approved samples during inspection, we will promptly refund your deposit.
International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes; however, there is no export tax in China.
