Every item entering our localized inventory undergoes a strict 100% piece-by-piece hand inspection by vetted partner. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for obvious defects: no holes, no stains, or broken seams.

After you confirm an order, our internal team performs a final random spot check. This secondary validation ensures the specific batch perfectly matches your approved standards before leaving our facility.

If our spot check detects significant issues in a specific style, we proactively cancel it from your order or return the batch for re-inspection. We would rather ship less than ship sub-standard goods.

Unlike standard stocklot brokers who sell blind pallets, we believe you should only pay for retail-ready apparel. Our multi-layered Sentry System is designed to eliminate risks upfront and set a new standard for stocklot quality control. If a style fails to meet our strict export standards, we would rather proactively cancel that portion of your order than ship defective goods.

Because factory closeouts naturally involve minor handling imperfections, a small defect rate (like a loose thread or missing button) is industry reality. We explicitly guarantee a 95% defect-free rate, providing you with a realistic safety net to calculate margins accurately.

We put our money where our mouth is. If you receive your shipment and the documented defect rate exceeds our promised 5% threshold, we will refund you for the defective items beyond the 5% mark. Your capital investment is always protected with us.
