• • Condition & Quality: All items are brand new stocklots. While many of our lots are completely flawless, please understand that a minor defect rate of 3-5% is considered normal and acceptable within the wholesale stocklot industry. We believe in 100% transparency, honest grading, and will never over-promise to secure a quick sale.

• • Tiered MOQ Policy: Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 600 pcs per style. However, to support new partners, we can negotiate down to 200 pcs for selected items. For small-volume excess production lots (e.g., under 150 pcs), we operate on a strictly “Take-All” basis to clear the lot.

• • Order Consolidation & Containers: As a dedicated B2B wholesaler, our pricing is structured for volume. We highly encourage mixing styles. Most of our clients consolidate 10 to 50+ styles per order to efficiently fill a 20GP or 40HQ container, which significantly reduces your average shipping cost per garment.

• • Sample Policy: Free physical samples can be provided (freight collected). Alternatively, we highly recommend our live video inspection service straight from our warehouse to verify quality before shipping.

• • Packaging: Goods are professionally packed in export-standard woven bags or sturdy cartons to minimize shipping volume. Custom packing or repacking services are available upon request.

• • Payment Terms: Secure international bank transfers (T/T), L/C for large orders, or other mutually agreed methods.
