For Our New Partners: Your First Look is on Us
To help you evaluate our quality with confidence, every new client is entitled to a complimentary sample allowance of $20. Our specialized team will supply you with any clothing stocklot samples within this value for free. You are only responsible for covering the international express freight.
For Our Regular Clients: $200 Annual VIP Allowance
We deeply value long-term relationships. For our returning wholesale partners, we provide an upgraded annual sample allowance of up to $200. This ensures you can continuously review new arrivals and seasonal closeouts from our sourcing network at no additional product cost, provided you cover the freight.
Shipping & Logistics Protocol
While the samples themselves are complimentary within your allowance, all international shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
Courier Options: We dispatch via premium couriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) for fast, trackable delivery.
Payment: You may provide your own corporate courier account (Freight Collect), or pay the shipping fee directly to our company bank or PayPal account (Note: A 6% commission fee applies to PayPal transactions).
